About J.

Ryan Holland is an associate in Osler's Intellectual Property Group, working across the full range of IP matters with a focus on litigation, including appearances before the Trademark Opposition Board, the Federal Court, the Federal Court of Appeal and the Supreme Court of Canada. He earned his JD from the Schulich School of Law at Dalhousie University, finishing on the Dean's List, after completing an Honours BSc at Queen's University. He joined Osler as a summer student in 2019, articled with the firm in 2021-2022, then clerked for Justice Richard F. Southcott at the Federal Court before returning as an associate.
