About Alan

Alan Kulaga's practice at Casavant Bédard is focused exclusively on labour and employment law, advising and representing clients before Quebec courts and administrative tribunals. He also provides human resources consulting, including on pension plan administration and reform. Before joining the firm in 2013, he spent more than 20 years in senior management at the City of Westmount, including as Director of Administrative Services and Acting Director General, advising municipal councils on labour, finance and administration matters. He represents small, medium and large Canadian and American businesses, public and para-public organizations, associations and senior executives facing career transitions. He holds a degree in sociology and anthropology from Carleton University in addition to his law degree, and is a member of the Canadian Association of Counsel to Employers.
