About Joseph

Joseph J. Lam graduated from Osgoode Hall Law School in 2000 and was called to the Ontario bar in 2002. He began his career as defence counsel for insurers, an experience that now informs his plaintiff-side personal injury practice, which he also pairs with employment law work. He belongs to the Ontario Trial Lawyers Association and the Canadian Bar Association and previously served as a director for the Canadian Chinese Insurance Professionals Association. He speaks English and Cantonese.
