About Daphna
Daphna Schwartz joined Feldstein Family Law Group as an associate in 2007, after practising family law in the Barrie area. Her practice covers the full range of divorce and family law matters, including custody and access, child and spousal support, and property division, and she is also qualified to practise Collaborative Family Law. Daphna earned an Honours B.A. in Sociology from York University before completing her law degree at Osgoode Hall Law School, and she was admitted to the Ontario bar in 2005. She works to resolve matters for clients either through negotiated settlements or, when necessary, family court litigation.
