About Adele
Adele Burchart brings more than 30 years of experience as a lawyer to Forte Workplace Law, where she focuses exclusively on employment law and workplace human rights. Earlier in her career she maintained a broad civil litigation practice that mostly included employment law and human rights files. She has represented clients across all levels of court in British Columbia and before administrative tribunals, and recently obtained an award in excess of $600,000 for a client before the BC Human Rights Tribunal in a racial discrimination case. She advises both workers and businesses on employment contracts, non-competition agreements, terminations, severance, discipline, workplace harassment, and discrimination. She was raised in the Fraser Valley, where she also raised her own family.
