About Ujjal

Ujjal Dosanjh, P.C., K.C., is a special advisor to Dosanjh Ladner Arora and a civil rights activist, former lawyer, Member of Parliament, federal cabinet minister, Attorney General, and Premier of British Columbia. He established his private law practice in Vancouver in 1979, practising immigration law, civil litigation, family law, and human rights issues before entering provincial politics in 1991. Ujjal earned his B.A. in political science from Simon Fraser University and his law degree from UBC. The firm's own site notes he is not currently a practising lawyer.
