About Amy
Amy Frankel is an employment lawyer and workplace investigator with more than 20 years of experience working in-house with HR and leadership teams from start-ups to global brands. She began her career as a litigation lawyer at a regional Los Angeles firm before serving as Associate General Counsel for Skechers, and later worked with private and publicly-held BC companies including Best Buy and Aritzia. She advises both employers and employees, including at the executive level, and conducts workplace investigations in private and public sector organizations, including unionized environments. She maintains active licenses with the Law Society of BC and the State Bar of California, and holds CPHR and SPHR designations.
