About Adam
Adam Nangini is an associate at KMB Law and a member of the firm's Corporate and Commercial, Mergers and Acquisitions, and Private Equity groups. He started at KMB in 2022 as an articling student after earning a dual J.D. from the University of Windsor and the University of Detroit Mercy in 2022, along with a B.A. (Hons.) from the University of Toronto in 2019, and he was called to the Ontario bar in 2023. His work includes handling purchase transactions for both assets and shares, supporting professional corporations, and assisting with exempt market financings, and his background in secured lending helps him support corporate clients with acquisition financing.
