About Sam

Sam Sokoloff is a partner in the Franchise Law Group advising Canadian and international corporations on franchise law, from startups developing initial programs to global corporations on cross-border expansion. He has extensive experience across apparel, food and beverage, hospitality, automotive, telecommunications, software, and childcare industries. He received the Certified Franchise Executive designation in 2024 and is a guest lecturer at Western University Faculty of Law on franchise law. His JD is from Western University with a concentration in Intellectual Property, Information, and Technology.
