About Erica

Erica Berry was called to the Ontario bar in 2024 and holds a J.D. from the University of Toronto and an MSc in Political Theory from the London School of Economics. During law school she gained experience at Downtown Legal Services, the Canadian Civil Liberties Association and Physicians for Human Rights, and co-led the Sex Workers Rights Working Group at the David Asper Centre for Constitutional Law.
