About Jason
Jason's practice covers acting for Ontario landowners facing expropriation, as well as representing public expropriating authorities. He earned his law degree from Western University, where he was a caseworker at Western's Community Legal Services, and he also holds a BA with Honours Specialization in Social Justice and Peace Studies from the same school. Before joining SOK, he practiced litigation at a Toronto litigation boutique and worked in-house with a major Canadian financial institution, handling complex insurance disputes involving property and casualty claims. He was called to the bar in 2019 and belongs to the Ontario Expropriation Association and the Ontario Bar Association.
