Business & Corporate LawBrian Tabor practises in real property law, working on both the acquisition and financing sides of real estate transactions. With extensive experience in Nova Scotia's real property regime, he identifies issues quickly and lays out an efficient path toward his clients' objectives. His clients include developers, owners, lenders, governments, and utilities. Tabor served as president of the Canadian Bar Association from 2005 to 2006 and is a fellow of the American College of Mortgage Attorneys. He earned his LLB from the University of New Brunswick in 1986 and a B.Sc. from the University of Ottawa in 1979, and was named King's Counsel in 2005.
