About Mike
Mike Dull co-founded PATH Legal in 2022 with Emma Halpern, after more than a decade representing people harmed by serious injuries, sexual abuse, medical negligence, and corporate or pharmaceutical wrongdoing. Before PATH, he founded Valent Legal, a practice representing people who had been seriously harmed and often faced powerful defendants and complex systems. He teaches part-time at Dalhousie University's Schulich School of Law, leading courses on class action law and procedure, and serves as a legal representative for the Nova Scotia Health Authority's Research Ethics Board. He has also volunteered with ReachAbility Association and previously served as a legal advisor to the Nova Scotia Restorative Inquiry into the Nova Scotia Home for Colored Children.
