About Abigail

Abigail Tennant is a law associate at Enterprise Law Group focused on civil and family litigation, including personal injury, institutional abuse and class action claims. She holds a Juris Doctor from the University of New Brunswick Faculty of Law (2023) and a Bachelor of Arts from Dalhousie University (2019), and is currently a licensing candidate with the Nova Scotia Barristers' Society. During law school she was founder and chair of the Chronic Illness and Disability Association and chair of the Environmental Law Society at UNB Law, and completed an eight-week intensive with the Pacific Centre for Environmental Law and Litigation. She has a particular interest in environmental law, access to justice, and public interest advocacy.
