HHL Law Firm LLP is a full-service law firm based in Newmarket, Ontario, that traces its roots to 1978. It was formed in 1999 as Hill Hunter Losell Law Firm LLP through the merger of McChesney Rogers Law Firm and Hunter, Losell and Corbett, and was renamed HHL Law Firm LLP in 2017 after founding partner Ken Hill retired. The firm now has seven lawyers practicing real estate, wills and estates, family law, corporate and commercial law, employment law, and civil litigation.
Two of the names behind the firm go back even further: Gordon Hunter and Craig Losell entered private practice together in Newmarket in 1987, over a decade before the 1999 merger carried both names into the firm's title.
