Rainwood Law is a small business law firm based on Highway 7 East in Markham, Ontario, practicing business and corporate law, employment law, civil and commercial litigation, family law, real estate and wills and estates. The firm describes itself as working alongside a client's existing accountants, financial advisors, and other professionals rather than trying to replace them, and its site frames its client base as private individuals, family offices, and family owned businesses across York Region and the wider Greater Toronto Area.

Eva Chen received an Honours Bachelor of Science with high distinction from the University of Toronto and completed a PhD in biochemistry there before turning to law, earning a Bachelor of Laws from Queen's University in 2007 and being called to the Ontario bar in 2008. Chen's practice spans business agreement drafting, commercial and residential tenancy, employment law, complex commercial litigation, debt collection, real estate transactions, and wills and estate planning. Sandra Hsia joined Rainwood Law in 2017 after working as a Legal Aid Clinic staff lawyer in Kingston, handling landlord and tenant disputes, human rights matters, criminal injuries compensation, and education law, and focuses at the firm on family law and litigation. Hsia holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of Victoria and a Juris Doctor from the University of Manitoba.
