Singer Katz LLP is a personal injury and insurance law firm with an office in North York, at Yonge and Sheppard in Toronto. Its two founding partners, Jason D. Singer and Jason F. Katz, represent only accident victims and insurance claimants, and the firm doesn't act for insurance companies. Katz spent from 2002 to 2018 at a firm Canadian Lawyer magazine had named one of the top personal injury boutiques in Canada before co-founding Singer Katz LLP. Singer, called to the Ontario bar in 2003, holds a law degree from Queen's University. Katz, called to the bar in 2000, completed a joint J.D./M.B.A. at Osgoode Hall Law School and the Schulich School of Business. Both are Certified Specialists in Civil Litigation with the Law Society of Ontario.

The firm's practice covers motor vehicle accidents, slip and falls, brain and spinal cord injuries, medical malpractice, wrongful death, and dog bites, along with insurance disputes such as long-term disability, property loss, and CPP disability appeals. Cases are taken on a contingency fee basis, with a free first consultation and a fee capped at the Law Society's maximum of 33%. A third lawyer, Scott Kastelic, called to the Ontario bar in 2023, advises plaintiffs in personal injury and insurance matters. (Fees as of August 2026.)
