Danson Delavar LLP is a two-partner litigation firm based in midtown Toronto, at 20 Eglinton Avenue West. The practice traces back to Danson Recht LLP, an earlier litigation firm that operated from 700 Bay Street in downtown Toronto before evolving into the current firm under partners Timothy S.B. Danson and Marjan Delavar. The firm handles corporate and commercial litigation, employment law, constitutional and Charter litigation, defamation, insurance and professional liability claims, administrative law, and sports law, acting for corporations, professionals, executives, insurers, and professional athletes.

Danson was called to the Ontario Bar in 1980 after graduating from Osgoode Hall Law School, and has appeared before every level of court in Ontario as well as the Supreme Court of Canada, successfully arguing Bent v. Platnick, a defamation and anti-SLAPP case, before the Supreme Court in 2020. Delavar was called to the bar in 2002, also after Osgoode Hall Law School, and joined the firm the same year following articles in the legal department of the Toronto Transit Commission. Delavar's practice centres on employment law and civil litigation, and the firm's sports law work has taken the partners before the Court of Arbitration for Sport, the Sport Dispute Resolution Centre of Canada, and the International Equestrian Federation.
