Devadas Law Professional Corporation, known as VD Law, is a small multi service firm on Kennedy Road near Ellesmere Road in Toronto. Vasuki Devadas started the practice as a sole practitioner on April 1, 2011, and incorporated it as a professional corporation effective July 1, 2015. The firm moved into its current Kennedy Road unit around a grand opening event in 2014.

The firm has two lawyers. Vasuki Devadas is a barrister, solicitor, and notary public, and handles real estate, family law, immigration, and notarization work, including affidavits and statutory declarations. Vina Devadas holds credentials as a chartered professional accountant (CPA, CMA, MBA) in addition to being a barrister and solicitor, and combines that background with a focus on tax law, HST rebate claims, business law, employment law, and wills and estate planning.

A good part of the firm's tax work is new housing HST rebate claims, helping people who bought a new or substantially renovated home, built one, or converted a property to residential use recover the GST/HST portion. Vasuki Devadas is listed with Legal Aid Ontario as accepting family law legal aid certificates and can serve clients in English, Sinhala, and Tamil. The firm describes serving Toronto, Scarborough, Markham, Ajax, Pickering, and Richmond Hill.
