Yes. The firm handles spousal and common law sponsorship applications for permanent residency, and helps sponsors document a genuine relationship through correspondence, photos, travel records, and financial history. Sponsors need to be 18 or older, be a Canadian citizen or permanent resident, have no bankruptcy or serious criminal record, and be able to support their partner financially for three years after approval, though there's no set minimum income. The firm charges a flat fee rather than billing by the hour for this work.

My study permit application was refused. Can the firm help?

Yes. Vitti Immigration Law reviews the visa officer's GCMS notes to work out why an application was refused, then prepares a stronger reapplication that addresses those specific concerns. If the original application was strong and was refused unfairly, the firm can also pursue judicial review at the Federal Court instead of reapplying.

Can Vitti Immigration Law take my case to the Federal Court?

The firm represents clients in judicial review before the Federal Court of Canada when a visa or immigration decision was unreasonable. There are strict deadlines, 60 days if the application was made outside Canada and 15 days if it was made inside Canada, and the court will only look at the material that was already in the original application. The firm is candid that judicial review is difficult to win and reserved for strong applications that were refused unjustly; where the original application had gaps, a fresh reapplication is usually the better route, and a consultation can help work out which path fits.
