Vitti Immigration Law is a Toronto immigration law firm founded by Paul (Palmerino) Vitti, a Barrister and Solicitor licensed by the Law Society of Ontario. Before starting the firm, Paul articled at a criminal defence firm, practiced employment law on human rights and wrongful termination matters, and then moved into immigration law at other Toronto firms. The firm now handles the full range of Canadian immigration work: study and work permits, permanent residency, spousal and common law sponsorship, Express Entry, humanitarian and compassionate applications, and judicial review of refused applications at the Federal Court.

The firm keeps a small team so files stay with a licensed immigration professional rather than being passed around, and clients see their completed application before it's submitted. Team lead Talia Joundi earned an LL.M. from York University, with a dissertation on immigration and refugee law, and has appeared before the Refugee Protection Division, Refugee Appeal Division, Immigration Division, and Federal Court of Canada. Across the team, lawyers speak English, French, Arabic, basic Spanish, Korean, Hindi, Punjabi, Urdu, Ukrainian, and Russian, which lets clients from a wide range of backgrounds work with a lawyer in their own language.
