About Timothy

Tim is a commercial litigator who has appeared before every level of Ontario court, representing businesses ranging from major national corporations to family-run enterprises. He began his career at a large downtown firm, where he worked on some of the country's most significant cases, then moved to a litigation boutique before joining Speigel Nichols Fox LLP, giving him both big-firm training and hands-on trial experience. His files span contract disputes, shareholder disagreements, insurance coverage issues, estate matters, professional negligence and wrongful termination claims, and he regularly represents clients at mediations and arbitrations as well as at trial. Tim earned his JD from the University of Toronto in 2005 and a BSc from Queen's University, and was called to the Ontario bar in 2005.
