About Gillian

Gillian Croucher graduated from the Schulich School of Law at Dalhousie University in 2013 on the Dean's List, after earning a Bachelor of Arts with distinction from McGill University in 2010. She began her career in civil litigation and has practised exclusively in family law since 2017, concentrating on complex property division and support matters and drafting separation, cohabitation, and prenuptial agreements. Croucher prefers resolving matters outside of court where possible, but is an experienced litigator who has represented clients at all levels of court in Alberta and in arbitration when a negotiated settlement isn't possible.
