About Mehtab

Mehtab Hundal maintains a general litigation practice with experience in corporate and commercial disputes, contractual disputes, construction disputes, and foreclosures, regularly representing clients before the Alberta Provincial Court and the Alberta Court of Queen's Bench. He worked as a summer student at Lacourcière LLP, then articled with the firm and joined as an associate after being called to the Alberta Bar in 2019. Mehtab earned his Bachelor of Laws from the University of Leicester and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology. He is fluent in English and Punjabi, and is a member of the Calgary Bar Association, the South Asian Bar Association of Calgary, and the Law Society of Alberta.
