About Elizabeth
Elizabeth Stewart was called to the bar in 2011 and has practised family law exclusively since 2012, appearing before the Provincial Court of Alberta, the Court of King's Bench of Alberta, and the Court of Appeal. She focuses on divorce, common-law separation, custody, access, spousal and child support, property division, and pre-nuptial, cohabitation, and separation agreements, working to reach cost-effective, collaborative solutions. Before becoming a lawyer, Stewart worked for several years in genetics and agricultural biotechnology. She holds a J.D. and a Bachelor of Science in Agriculture and Biosciences, both from the University of Saskatchewan, and is an executive member of the Canadian Bar Association's Family Law Sub-Section in Calgary and a former executive board member of the Calgary Association of Women Lawyers.
