About Zoe

Zoe Kalakos is an associate practicing corporate and commercial law, drawing on a background in Anthropology and Religious Studies alongside her legal training. She advises clients ranging from small businesses to larger organizations across sectors such as hospitality and renewable energy, with a practice covering banking and secured transactions, commercial and development real estate, franchising, insolvency and corporate restructuring, and mergers and acquisitions. Zoe earned her B.A. from McMaster University in 2016 and her law degree from the University of Windsor in 2019, and she was called to the bar in 2020. She is a member of the Hamilton Law Association and the Hellenic Canadian Lawyers' Association.
