About Ziad

Ziad Sheena is the managing partner of Birdsell Grant LLP. He began with the firm as a summer student in 2005, articled in 2006, and joined the partnership in 2010. His practice centres on residential and commercial real estate and financing, corporate and commercial law, and wills and estates, and he regularly advises individuals, small and medium-sized businesses, developers, lenders, landlords and tenants, and franchisors and franchisees. His work includes incorporations, corporate governance, reorganizations, commercial financing, business purchase and sale transactions, commercial leasing, and franchise agreements, as well as wills, powers of attorney, personal directives, and estate administration. Outside the office, Ziad is involved with KidSport Alberta and enjoys golf, basketball, soccer, tennis, and travel.
