About Mark

Mark Dudar was born and raised in Alberta and travels throughout the province to assist clients, including at Birdsell Grant LLP's Edmonton, Stony Plain, and Whitecourt offices, and will meet clients in hospitals, retirement communities, and assisted living residences. His practice covers residential and commercial real estate transactions, land development, condominium law, residential and commercial financing, estate planning and administration, trusteeship and guardianship applications, business incorporations, corporate governance and transactions, commercial law, and contract drafting and review, along with notary services. Before joining the firm, he worked for energy companies and not-for-profit organizations, and during law school he researched indigenous identity in Canada as a research assistant to the Dean of Law. Mark volunteers with animal rescue, food bank, and wildfire relief charities.
