About Zainab
Zainab Zaidi is an associate at Sutherland Law focusing primarily on complex civil and commercial litigation, including loan and contract enforcement, construction disputes, creditor representation in bankruptcy and fraud matters, and land use issues. She also handles transactional work such as real estate purchases and sales, leasing, asset purchases, business mergers, and the formation and documentation of new business entities. Zainab holds an Honours Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Wilfrid Laurier University and an Honours Bachelor of Law from City, University of London, where she won first place in the Human Rights Lawyers Association Judicial Review Moot and volunteered with the City University Pro Bono Society. She is fluent in English and Urdu.
