About Zackary
Zackary Kirsch earned his Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Political Science from the University of Alberta in 2017 and his Juris Doctor from the University of Calgary in 2021. Since being called to the Alberta Bar in 2022, his practice has primarily focused on assisting corporations and their shareholders with the sale or purchase of businesses, and with commercial leases, service agreements, franchise agreements, shareholder agreements, employment agreements, licensing agreements and loan agreements. Before joining KH | Dunkley Law Group, Zackary worked at another small Calgary corporate and commercial law firm, assisting clients in agriculture, cannabis, construction, oil and gas, pharmaceutical and veterinary medicine. He mentors law students through the University of Calgary Faculty of Law's Business Venture Clinic.
