About Stephanie

Stephanie Sue Wan Wong earned her Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Calgary in 2005 and her Bachelor of Laws from the University of Calgary in 2010. Her practice focuses on corporate law, residential and commercial real estate, and wills and estate administration, including incorporations, business purchases and sales, business financing, and negotiating and drafting commercial agreements, shareholder agreements and employment agreements. She also assists clients with cohabitation agreements, prenuptial agreements and uncontested divorces. Stephanie's prior experience in family law and civil litigation informs her approach to helping clients avoid and manage legal risk.
