About Zachary

Zachary D'Amico is an associate lawyer at Duncan, Linton LLP whose practice covers estate litigation, estate administration, estate planning, commercial litigation and real estate law. He advises individuals, families, fiduciaries and businesses, with particular emphasis on estates and trusts, including drafting wills and powers of attorney. His estate litigation work involves representing beneficiaries, executors, trustees and attorneys in contested matters such as will challenges, capacity disputes and passing of accounts applications. He also acts for clients in commercial disputes, including contract, shareholder and debt recovery matters. Zachary was called to the Ontario Bar in 2024 and joined the firm as an associate in 2025, after practicing wills and estates and family law at a firm in Waterloo. He earned an Honours degree in Criminal Justice and Public Policy from the University of Guelph and his Juris Doctor from the Bora Laskin Faculty of Law at Lakehead University.
