About Edward
Edward J. Woolley has practiced in Vernon, BC since his call to the bar in 1997, with a practice focused on family law, real estate, and wills and estates. He is also the registered and records office for approximately 100 companies he has incorporated over the years, and has appeared extensively in Provincial Court, Supreme Court, and the Court of Appeal. His real estate conveyancing practice, built up through referrals from clients, realtors, and lenders, is one of the busiest in Vernon, and he is one of only a few lawyers in the Okanagan who handles Indian land conveyancing. Woolley served two terms as President of the Vernon Bar Association and has been involved with several non-profit organizations, including as past president of Big Brothers and Sisters of the Okanagan and the Okanagan Equestrian Society, and is currently Vice-President of the Vernon Public Art Gallery.
