About Yannick

Yannick Benoit is a member of the firm's business law practice group, working on mergers and acquisitions involving the purchase and sale of shares and assets, as well as commercial real estate transactions. He advises clients on corporate and tax-driven reorganizations, governance, not-for-profit matters, business development, and risk management, for clients ranging from individuals and start-ups to established corporations and institutions. He holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from Osgoode Hall Law School, specializing in business law with a focus on corporate governance, and a Juris Doctor from Lakehead University's Bora Laskin Faculty of Law in Thunder Bay.
