D'Agostino & Associates is a business law firm at 255 Fisher Street in North Bay, Ontario. Owner and managing partner John D'Agostino grew up in North Bay in a family with a construction business background, then practiced corporate and real estate law in Toronto before returning home to open the firm in 1997. It's served individuals, entrepreneurs, and businesses across Ontario ever since, working in association with Toronto based Loopstra Nixon LLP, which says clients with business matters in northern and eastern Ontario are readily served through that relationship.

Four lawyers make up the firm today, working across corporate and commercial law, residential and commercial real estate, wills, estate administration and trusts, wealth management, and legal services for not-for-profit organizations. John D'Agostino was called to the Ontario bar in 1992 after degrees from Laurentian University, the University of Windsor, and the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law. The firm's wealth management work is built around estate planning for high net worth individuals and families and is coordinated with outside taxation and investment partners, while its not-for-profit practice runs from initial incorporation through building out national organizational structures.
