About John

John D'Agostino was born and raised in North Bay and worked in his family's home-construction business before entering law. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Political Science from Laurentian University in 1987, a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Windsor in 1990, and a Juris Doctor from the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law in 1992, the same year he was admitted to the Ontario bar. He began his career articling with the Toronto firm Loopstra Nixon and McLeish before returning to North Bay in 1997 to build his practice. He now focuses on business mergers, acquisitions and divestitures, corporate financings and reorganizations, residential, commercial and industrial real estate, not-for-profit and charities law, and wills, estates and trusts. He is the owner and managing partner of D'Agostino & Associates.
