About Muhammed-Ali
Muhammed-Ali has broad experience advising health care professionals, including doctors, dentists and veterinarians, on corporate and commercial matters affecting their practices. His work spans business purchases and sales, commercial real estate and financing, commercial leasing, franchise law, business succession planning, mergers and acquisitions, incorporations and estate planning, including Islamic wills and Sharia-compliant estate planning. He earned his B.A. from the University of Alberta in 2008 and his J.D. in 2013, and was admitted to the Alberta Bar in 2014.
