About Kaitlynd

Kaitlynd Hiller practices insolvency and restructuring law in Edmonton, working on receiverships, CCAA and BIA restructurings, commercial foreclosures, and creditors' rights, along with commercial litigation and financial services matters. She completed a judicial clerkship at the Alberta Court of King's Bench in 2021-2022 and earned her Juris Doctor with distinction from the University of Alberta in 2021, after a Master of Science from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Science from the University of Alberta, both with distinction. Hiller was named to Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch in Canada for Insolvency and Financial Restructuring Law in 2026. She serves on the board of Concerts in Care Alberta and volunteers with the Court of King's Bench Amicus Program.
