About Xander
Xander Winter practices in SV Law's Condominium Law group, where he advises condo boards and unit owners on governance issues, regulatory compliance, and daily operational questions. He joined the firm as a summer student in 2023, articled there, and was called to the Ontario bar in 2025. Xander earned his Juris Doctor from Western University's law school, where he competed on the school's team at the Walsh Family Law Moot, and holds a Nipissing University degree in Child and Family Studies, completed before he pursued law school. He describes his approach to clients as centered on clarity and practical solutions in condo governance work.
