About William

William Hebert-Vendramini is a criminal defence lawyer and member of the Law Society of Ontario who earned his Juris Doctor from Queen's University's Faculty of Law and a Bachelor of Arts with distinction from Bishop's University. During law school he worked as a student caseworker at Queen's Legal Aid, gaining hands-on experience representing clients in criminal matters and assisting vulnerable individuals. He articled at a criminal and family law firm in St. Catharines and now appears before the Ontario Court of Justice and the Superior Court of Justice, handling cases involving impaired driving, domestic assault, property offences such as fraud and break and enter, and firearms charges. He also represents clients facing mental health challenges and is authorized by Legal Aid Ontario to handle matters involving Gladue principles and proceedings before the Consent and Capacity Board.
