Caitlin Russell is a partner in the Employment & Labour Group at Cassels who regularly advises public and private sector employers on all aspects of the employment relationship. Her expertise includes hiring and onboarding, employment contracts, termination packages, employment standards, HR policies, human rights, AODA, workplace investigations, accommodation and disability issues, and enforcement of non-competition and non-solicitation agreements. She acts for employers across diverse industries and has appeared before the Court of Appeal for Ontario, Divisional Court, Ontario Superior Court, Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario, and Ontario Labour Relations Board.
