About Wendy

Wendy Ngai is an associate in RAR Litigation's Construction Group, drawing on a background in construction litigation and environmental law. She acts for clients throughout the construction chain, from owners and general contractors to subcontractors and consultants, helping resolve lien claims, contract disputes, property disputes, and negligence claims. She has appeared before the Ontario Superior Court and the Court of Appeal and has negotiated favourable results in mediation and arbitration. Wendy holds a JD from Osgoode Hall Law School (2017) and a Bachelor of Environmental Studies (Honours) from the University of Waterloo (2014), where she made the Dean's List. She belongs to The Advocates' Society and the Ontario Bar Association, and she teaches on the Lawyer as Negotiator course at Osgoode.
