About Xiao

Jen Chen is the founder and principal lawyer of Jen Chen Law, with over a decade of experience in Toronto's legal community. Her practice covers real estate transactions, commercial leasing, corporate and commercial law, contract work, wills and powers of attorney, and notarizations, with real estate and commercial leasing as her core focus. Before starting her own practice, she worked at a downtown Toronto firm ranked among Canada's top commercial real estate boutiques and at a busy residential real estate firm, and she co-founded and led JDC Law LLP for nearly a decade. She is a member of the Law Society of Ontario, the Canadian Bar Association, the Ontario Bar Association's Real Estate and Leasing section, and the Toronto Lawyers Association.
