About Beau

Beau Blanaru was raised in Nanaimo and obtained his BBA, majoring in accounting, from Vancouver Island University, graduating first in his class. He completed his law degree at the University of New Brunswick and was called to the BC Bar in 2020. His practice is focused on real estate development, including drafting disclosure statements and the documents needed to register subdivisions with the Land Title Office. He also works with purchasers and vendors on closing residential and commercial real estate transactions, helps clients with estate planning, and acts for financial institutions in commercial lending.
