Wayne D. Gray has 44 years of experience as a business lawyer, focusing on corporate law, not-for-profit law, directors' and officers' duties, corporate governance, private mergers and acquisitions, and related expert evidence. He was called to the bar in British Columbia in 1978 and in Ontario in 1989, and had leadership roles in corporate law reform culminating in the Canada Not-for-profit Corporations Act and the Ontario Not-for-Profit Corporations Act, 2010. He holds an LL.B. from Osgoode Hall Law School and an LL.M. from the London School of Economics.
