Allen Doppelt joined Gray, Whitley as Counsel in 2017, adding expertise in not-for-profit corporations, delegated administrative authorities, and government organizations. He spent over 30 years providing legal services to Ontario government ministries and was instrumental in drafting the Ontario Not-for-Profit Corporations Act, 2010, the Securities Transfer Act, 2006, and the Personal Property Security Act. He has significant experience in administrative law and has acted as an adjudicator on administrative tribunals.
