About Warren

Warren focuses his practice on condominium law, acting mainly for condominium corporations. He advises boards and management companies on governance matters, reviews declarations, by-laws and rules, and handles agreements between condominiums. He works with liens, disputes between owners and condominiums, and shared facilities issues, and has helped many communities update their shared facilities agreements. Warren sits on the board of the Canadian Condominium Institute's Toronto and Area Chapter, chairs its Legislative Committee, and has contributed to CMRAO's stakeholder working group. He has written articles for industry publications and taught at Law Society and CCI/ACMO programs, and previously instructed the real estate portion of the bar admission course. He earned his LL.B. from Osgoode Hall Law School and a B.A. from Concordia University, and was called to the Ontario bar in 2000.
