About Jason
Jason Brunton's practice is devoted to assisting Day School and Boarding Home survivors, as well as First Nation child protection organizations and governance matters, and he regularly travels long distances to meet with survivors in person. He has assisted more than 150 Day School survivors across Saskatchewan, Alberta, and Manitoba, and has appeared successfully at every level of court in Saskatchewan, including the Court of Appeal. He has published articles in Bar Notes and the Saskatchewan Advocate on topics such as rules of evidence and family law matters. Brunton previously practiced extensively in family law litigation before devoting his practice to Day School and Boarding Home claims.
