W. Mark Belanger is the founding lawyer and managing partner of Border Solutions Law Group. He is a published legal writer and one of the province's recognized authorities on uninsured motorist issues, and has served as lead counsel in precedent-setting cases with experience across thousands of mediations, arbitrations, and bench and jury trials. His practice, along with the firm's, is dual-licensed to practise in both British Columbia and Washington State, letting him handle cross-border immigration and personal injury matters without referring clients to separate counsel on each side of the border.
