About Suraj

Suraj Johal leads the U.S. immigration practice at Border Solutions Law Group, focusing on cross-border matters for clients moving between Canada and the United States. He is dual-licensed in British Columbia (2015) and Washington State (2014), and before joining the firm he worked in global mobility and corporate immigration at professional services firms, managing high-volume PERM programs and advising Fortune 20 companies and sole proprietors on work visas, permanent residence, and waivers. He holds a J.D. from Seattle University School of Law (2013) and a B.A. from the University of British Columbia (2010), and is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association.
