W. Donald Goodfellow is a litigator and arbitrator whose construction law practice spans more than 50 years. He has represented clients across nearly every Canadian province and was counsel in M.J.B. Enterprises Ltd., a Supreme Court of Canada case establishing tendering obligations. Over his career he has published on builders' liens, tendering, and arbitration, and has held roles with the Law Society of Alberta, the Canadian Bar Association, and the Canadian College of Construction Lawyers. He was admitted to the Alberta bar in 1965 and is also admitted in the Northwest Territories (1978), British Columbia (1980), and Yukon (1992).
